Push Technology

Talla have played a key role in the expansion of Push Technology.

Having proven the value of our Diffusion product and successfully completed second round funding our next challenge was to scale up our operations across the board. This meant getting the right people into key roles. Talla worked closely with our management team to prioritize and plan our recruitment campaign.

What is marked about working with Talla is the level of understanding of our business and in particular our technology and level of market opportunity we have. This allowed Talla to generate the maximum level of interest in our company. Given the level of screening for both skillset and Push Technology fit, by the time we interviewed prospect hires what we saw were top quality candidates highly motivated by the opportunity at our business. This has a direct impact on both time to hire and quality of hire – our two key metrics.
